  The database upgrades have completed, and we are verifying the health of the cluster and data. We expect to be able to conclude this maintenance shortly.

  Maintenance has begun. Writes against the cache and fetches from the install.determinate.systems cache proxy will be disabled for the duration of this maintenance. FlakeHub API is not affected.

  Substituting previously-uploaded artifacts from previously-created slices will continue working.
